Does RolakInvoice work with English-language invoices (e.g., from AWS or GitHub)?
Yes. Field extraction works language-independently. Amounts, dates, and supplier information are correctly recognized from English, French, and Italian documents as well.
Can I connect RolakInvoice to an existing Gmail or Outlook account?
Yes. RolakInvoice supports IMAP/POP3 for standard mailboxes as well as Outlook and Microsoft 365. Gmail addresses can be connected via IMAP.
What happens to invoices that are not recognized correctly?
Invoices that are not fully recognized go to the manual review queue. There, missing fields can be filled in. After correction, the record is treated like an automatically recognized one.
